With the NB3800, you can provide your passengers with an internet connection while deploying reliable network access for on-board electronics. The smart Link Manager in the router software automatically bundles the various cellular links based on their current network availability and priority. In combination with 4x SIM, total bandwidth and availability are maximized. IP-based on-board electronics devices can either be connected directly via the integrated 5-port switch or via Gigabit Ethernet using a ring topology.
Powerful WiFi modules can be used for passenger WiFi and for offloading data at the depot. The router platform offers numerous expansion options, such as GSM-R, GNSS, CAN, IBIS, digital I/O, RS-232, RS-485, 1 TB SSD, and audio. With SDK-based or virtualization-based programming, sophisticated applications such as Edge Computing can be efficiently realized.

The NB3701 provides Internet access via LTE for up to five IP-based on-board devices in a very compact housing. It has an additional integrated WiFi access point or client as well as RS-232 and digital I/O. Up to two SIM cards ensure maximum availability using different mobile network operators (MNO). With its compact design, the router can be installed flexibly and is ideal for retrofitting existing vehicles.
