Effective 31st of March 2023, the NetModule Router Software (NRSW) versions V4.3 and V4.4. have reached the ESR (end of support and repair) lifecycle state. Therefore, NetModule will no longer offer updates, support and maintenance services as part of our standard terms and conditions. We recommend our customers to update to a newer NRSW version; for customers who cannot update we offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure ongoing software maintenance.
As part of NetModule's product discontinuation policy, this notice is being issued to assist our valued customers in system integration.
