Summary
Effective 31st of July 2022 NetModule is starting to replace the standard Cat. 4 LTE cellular modem for the region EMEA due to component shortage resp. end-of-life situation. This change will affect the specification of the LTE & GNSS feature set of our products with mPCIe modules. The transition phase starts 31st of July 2022 and ends 31st of December 2022.
Affected Products
The change will affect all NB1800, NB1810, NB2800, NB2810, NB3701, NB3800 products with product option ā-Lā (EMEA region LTE Cat. 4) and āGā (Standard GNSS). These products contain mPCIe modules. The cellular modem is changed from u-blox TOBY-L210 to Telit LE910C4-EU.

Additional Information - Product Revision on Type Label
As of July 31, 2022, the product revision is for NB1800 / NB1810 / NB2800 / NB2810 / NB3701 / NB3800 routers with the replacement standard LTE modem, "C01" and the software used NRSW 4.7.0.100 and newer.
