Change of return and delivery address

NetModule centralises the delivery of its products at one location. From 01.07.2023, all products worldwide will be shipped from Neckartenzlingen (D).

The shipping points in Eschborn (D) and Winterthur (CH) will be closed.

This change also affects the previous "RMA delivery service" for Swiss customers. Until now, we collected the repairs in Winterthur and sent them weekly to NetModule GmbH in Eschborn for repair. Unfortunately, we can no longer offer this service from 01.07.2023.

NetModule customers from Switzerland are requested to send repairs directly to this address, preferably immediately, but at the latest from 01.07.2023:
